Each Component Description
1. 10T Hydraulic decoiler+coil car
A) Max loading capacity :10T.
B) Motor power:7.5kw
C) Inner diameter:Φ470mm-Φ620mm,
D) Max coil outer diameter:Φ1800mm
E) Way of expansion:hydraulic inner expansion
F) Superonic sensor to synchronize the speed between the decoiler and roll forming
machine
G) Its function is to put the coil on it.
H) Hydraulic cylinder to drive the coil car up and down,
I) Hydraulic motor to drive movement forwarding or back movement
J) The way of working:the electric motor (7.5kw) drives the decoiler forward and reverse automatically and hydraulics makes the decoiler tighten and loosen.the sensor can sychronize the speed beween the decoiler and roll forming machines
K) The motor is connected with main shafts by chains
2. Guiding system
It is set in the beginning of the main machine with left-right guiding. It can help the operator to make the sheet in the right direction, left side and right side can be adjusted separately by manual screw structure.
3. Roll forming system
Roll forming system is consist of shared machine frame, transmission parts and 3 sets of roll forming frames and main shafts and so on.
A) Machine frame adopts I beam welding structure and the face is milled to make it leveling.
B) The roller of the roll forming is made of 45#, quenched surface with hard chrome,52--55degrees .the rollers are processed by full CNC precision machines, therefore the rollers has good rigidity.
C) We adopt the wall panel structure welded by steel panel
D) Electrical motor driving, the back/forward roller driven by 1.2"chain, the first and last roller station are driven by gears which can guarantee the speed simultaneously
E) Main shafts material is made by No 45 steel,fine processed ,diameter 75 mm solid
F) It needs 30 forming stations for 63--915 deck machine
G) It needs 24 forming stations for 35--1000 deck machine
H) It needs 24 forming stations for 24.6-760/1000 panel machine

3 Flying shear system with AC servo-motor control
A) The flying shear is consist of AC servo-motor,straight-line rail,sheet pressing unit and shearing part.
B)We adopt Non-stop flying shear with AC motor control, the motor power is 4.4kw servo-motor ,Yaskawa brand made in Japan .the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, HRC58--62
